My dog was a pit bull. Most people are afraid of them, and in some places they are illegal to own; but I'll never have any other kind of dog. My Buckshot easily earned a Canine Good Citizen title from the American Kennel Club - he's was as smart as they come. But it wasn't just his intelligence. His heart, his drive and those eyes. Those eyes that could look right into your soul. He was wise, in a way even most people aren't. He was everything to me and all I had. But all I ever wanted too, he was perfect. He was loved. He was so loved-by everyone who knew him.
The dam cancer got him and took him from me after 12 years that just flew by. I'll never be the same. RIP Buckshot CGC; you take part of my heart with you and I look forward to the day we are together again. Mommy loves you Bucky!
