My name is Karabo my dad died 2years ago shortly after my mother died, he was a strong 51 year old man didn't drink nor smoked.I can't get over his death its so hard for me to let go and accept that he is no longer with us- u know with my mom it was painfull @ first but I made peace with it because she(Mom) was a very sick person so when she died I told myself that she is at a place of rest. But with my dad I still find myself crying the whole night asking myself why him.... Y did he leave us so soon. Really can't stop grieving no matter how hard I try :-(.

I am sorry for your loss of your father. Grief is so very painfull. It is unbearable. Death is so hard to bear. The loved one is gone and never coming back and we feel empty and lonely. A man will feel the loss of a father greatly as he is your role model. You carry a lot of your father's personality and you will feel so very lost without your father to guide you. To be there for you as another male figure in your life. It is such a cruel cruel journey.
Try and find a grief counsellor if it all gets too much for you to bear. I hope the days ahead will get better for you and that you will be able to find some relief in between the crying stage which is normal.
