On July 2, 2010 an amazing man died in the ICU on his Birthday. He was my best friend.

He was an honorable man who had much sadness in his life. He was a Doctor who lost everything in his life yet was always there for me. We had the deepest love that two friends could have and he was a major part of my life, he was my soul mate. I miss him dearly. Life will never be the same for me and until my own death; I will always miss our friendship and all he meant to me. If GOD is kind, GOD will let him know what he truly meant to me and his heart will “sing” with joy.

I truly wish I could have saved his life, through friendship but that was not to be.
