Daddy's Little Girl

by Christi
(Texas)

I lost my dad thirteen and a half years ago. I never really had the chance to properly grieve my loss. There was so much I couldn't say or do to deal with it.
My dad continues to be such a wonderful part of my life. How could he not be? Mr. Lopez was one of the most noble men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Even now, it hurts the same. It's as if time has not even moved forward.
