Father and nephew passing away suddenly

My father, age 96, passed away suddenly on a Sunday morning. Even though he was elderly it was still a shock. On the day of his funeral my oldest nephew passed away. It's been 8 months and I'm still shocked. I remember when I heard the news of my nephew, I really believe there could.ve been a tornado right behind me and I wouldn't have noticed. Daily I think about finding my father in the bathroom slumped over.
