I am so sorry for your loss.
You have experienced a traumatic loss. It is so important for you to seek the help of a professional grief counselor. Someone that will be able to help you sort through the unique feelings that accompany such a sudden loss.
In addition, I hope you will continue to reach out to the wonderful people on this site for support. There is so much wisdom and love in the posts that are written on this site.
I offer you my prayers that you will find peace.

Your Fiance
by: Loretta Di Lustro

Dear Friend,
I'm so sorry to read about your fiance. You're not alone- there are lots of people here at this site, on Compassionate Friends- you will receive prayers and comfort from many people, some of whom will remain strangers to you. However alone, you may feel- reach out to others. You shouldn't be all alone with the dog...unless you want alone time. People told me, so I'll tell you: There's no formula for grief- nothing is right or wrong, you do as you feel. And remember that love never dies- your love is near you and loves you.
Fondly
Loretta (ps hang in there)
