Me and my granny

Me and my granny

The year I turned 21 is the year she got tired
My granny meant the world to me , I never thought my granny would die
She raised me , the only love I ever felt that was genuine . I know my granny wanted to stay with me but the fight was over . Never imagined that much pain on so many people , couldn't turn anywhere cause we are all weak ! My granny was the strength in my family , she was the woman who taught a lots of men to be men , she showed me loved regardless of the situation. She was my pride and joy now she my pain and sorrows , last Friday my granny was alive now next Friday we have to bury her , idk what's my next move , I just miss my granny

Granny I love you

Leon I am sorry for your loss of your granny. This is an experience I never had so don't know the pleasure of being loved by a grandmother. But I am one now to a 5yrs. old and 3yrs. old. They are adorable and I just love them to bits. Sadly my husband passed away 2yrs ago from cancer and he misses out being a grandpa at 65yrs. of age.
Grandma's are suppose to be wise and strong and it sounds as if you had this type of grandma. Especially if she had the gift to teach you to be a man. Mostly this is a father's role towards a son. She must have been such a special lady.
If you believe in Jesus then you will see your granny again and she will be re-united with you again.

Feel so alone

My heart and prayers go out to you and your family may God bless you all through this difficult time. I am the only surviving sibling left out of my family. Within the last 8yrs I lost my Mom a yr later my oldest brother and last year my last surviving brother. My other brother died 23yrs ago 18 mos. After my Dad. My kids always tell me Mom you have us & my grandchildren, but they don't understand & give me no support because I "should get over it" this is something you will never get over. The hardest days are still ahead of you when you have to say the final goodbye. But remember if she was a woman of faith she is happy she is with our Dear Lord and would not want you in pain. Their are different stages you are going to go through she sounds like a very special lady. Remember she is not gone she lives in you in your heart and in your memories forever until we see them again. There is nothing anyone can say to ease your pain when you have to cry let it out. People say time heals it does in a way but there will never be a day that you won't think of her and you will see life differently. Take care my condolences.
