Gravity holds me and wants to pull me down

My heart barely beating while I'm barely breathing

Feels as though I'm anticipating your return

I take a shallow breath and my heart skips a beat

Then, I remember again...that you're gone

I take a deep breath in and my heart sinks

I let the breath out slowly as the tears build

I close my eyes and shake my hands...

Reality has hit me once more.
