My mom has been in and out of hospitals for months and months. She passed away July 10, 2010. She was a very sick lady and also strong. She had pulled out before, why not now?
Hello, we have the same experience, but the difference is that my Mother died too on her first heart attack. She did not wake up from being comatose. She had no sick before. Its too late when we got to know that it was a cardiogenic shock. We have so many regrets in life. We even didn't express our love for her. She was in the ICU and we did not expect that it was her last day on earth. It was really a tragic event for me. I love her so much. She died last June 16, 2010.

My mother did the same she survived 4 heart attacks and we were beginning to think she was super woman but then shortly after my 15th birthday she had her 5th and last attack. Her heart just did not have anything left to give. It was so hard to go through my later teen years without my mom but I made it and married and had 3 children two of which have joined my mother in heaven. The latest being my son Cody Lee Cole. He died on May 21, 2010. He was also very sick and in and out of the hospital betting the odds many times. But on that day the deck was stacked against him. He was type 1 diabetic and he went into a coma and died. I do not know if I will survive this pain I guess like my mothers' heart mine has had way too much pain. Just know that others share your pain and that my thoughts and prayers are with you.
