It begins with the lost of my brother, murdered at 33, shot in the back. He lived life as a giant among men, a zest for life rarely expirienced, he was a shooting star......Then my 11 day old baby girl was taken. Never to see the sun rise, the sun set, never to run in the fields or swim in the streams, never to love. My oldest brother was next, a victim of addiction. A man with a heart so big, it would fill a dome. Then I watched my poor parents suffer as no one ever should. My dad was next, he suffered from lung cancer, his death was horrendous. My mom went in the night like a warm summer breeze. No illness, not even a cold.
This has spanned a time frame of about 13 years. I am crying as I write this. I cry for no apparent reason now and have been for three years. I am a married man who has never grieved properly and now I feel sadness so often. Any help would be so greatly appreciated, thank you and God bless all

I am so very sorry for all your losses in life and how this has left you still grieving desperately to find some Peace in the midst of your pain. To lose such close family members is so devastating. I applaud and echo Judiths Prayer to God on your behalf. Words fail me to say that if you have a belief in God then lean harder on God for your Peace, Comfort and Healing.
Grief counsellors are also a tremendous support and help in the grief healing process. Often we can get stuck in grief when we haven't had time to process each loss. I have used counselling and my best support to date.
I lost my husband of 44yrs. to lung cancer 2yrs. ago and his cancer was horrendous suffering bad cancer pain for 3yrs.39days before he died. So much sorrow from a cancer that was deadly chemical and terminal. He got his cancer from working with asbestos. I nursed him and had to watch him die slowly. Life is full of sorrow and pain. But knowing God is for us and taking us through fills one's heart with HOPE. May God draw close to you at this time with Comfort, Peace and Hope.

Oh Heavenly Father, Please look down on this man who is suffering so much loss. He needs your help and guidance to endure so much over so many years. Losses that would otherwsie break any person's spirit. He is here asking for help and that alone shows strength. I pray heavenly Father that you will bring him hope where there is dispair, peace and comfort where there is turmol. Show him your love and mercy at this time and help him through his delayed grieving. Amen

I write this becasue I'm so sad over your losses with you. It is just too much to bear. I ask you to find a clergy or sgrief therapist to help you sort out and deal with all of your feelings. It seems you didn't get to properly grieve each loss on it's own before the next devastating loss happened.

Please take care of your mental health before you end up physically sick . I pray you will get help and find peace and acceptance.
