NOT YOUR FAULT
by: Grandma Connie

Sweet girl, the death of your Grandma is not your fault. God has a date written from the day we are born and she has gone to be in a beautiful place. Spend every day honoring her by being the best you can be. She would love that. Plant a garden in memorial this spring. Name your first daughter after her. Just know you carry her legacy. Wear it proudly and allow her to live on through your shining example! Also, it helps to keep your eyes open for others at school who may need some encouragement...then, for Grandma's sake, reach out to them and be a good friend! Helping others often helps us through our grief! Grandma would be unhappy if she knew you blamed yourself. So just trust that this is sad for you and your family, but accept it is the natural path of life!
