I Miss You Frank

My brother Frank had been having a few headaches and some slight memory issues so he went to the doctor and had a MRI. They discovered a mass the size of a plum in his left temporal lobe. They removed the tumor successfully, but after the biopsy, found out that he had a Glioblastoma Multiforme IV brain tumor and was given approx 3-6 months to live.

Frank had radiation for a couple of months and had chemo for about a year. He had a clean MRI in February of 2008, and we were all so hopeful that he was making a recovery and would go into a long remission.

On April 13th, 2008, Frank had a seizure and fell into a coma. They found out that he had a brain hemorrhage, probably caused by the blood thinners he was taking. Frank passed away very early in the morning on April 15, 2008, and I miss him so much every single day of my life. He was only 45 when he died and he left behind a teenage son that he was the sole parent of.

I miss you and I love you Frank!

I, TOO, MISS MY BROTHERS
by: Anonymous

I lost my first brother to a heart attack when he was 38. I still grieve for him. Then my
last brother got sick and they found he had brain cancer. The pain was almost more than I could stand. After 3 weeks in Hospice care,
he passed away on July 21, 2010. I have no family left. I'm lonely and sad. But God walks
with me every day, or I couldn't make it.

I am so sorry for your loss. I do know how you
hurt. Bless your heart. Just keep walking one
step at a time. We'll get to a better place
sometime.

Brothers Are Special
by: PatJ

I lost my brother Tom when he was 33 years old. He left behind a 4 year old son. My nephew is now a teenager and has no remembrance of my brother at all. That tears at my heart. My brother was a wonderful dad to his son and he remembers nothing about him.

My brother was my best friend. I can tell you the pain never goes away. The years have eased the grief and made it easier for me to remember him without becoming hysterical. My brother suffered a great deal also. He was diagnosed with juvenile onset diabetes when he was 8 years old. By the time he was 31 the diseased had ravaged his body. He died due to organ failure. My favorite times are when I'm telling my nephew wonderful things about his dad. He hangs on every word and just glows when we are talking about him.

Blessings to you.
