the elements,the ocean can be such a friend to me a loss my right to educate i have inner wealth though so i know and i try to find inexpensive good food which has brought the wealth of letting fast foods dictate my life and i am trying to catch on to brisk walking if i do eat to many rootbeer candies i wash my clothes at the laundrymat and use roma now a green laundry detergent and use vinger in the rinse bosc pears are my newest treat they usually last because they are not like bannas they hang there, and is best fruit choice. yes i am doing what i can, love and light to all total tbi victim from a fall for most of my life now i have recover-from-grief.com and alateen book 1 day at a time and found sobriety in a.a./and dr. harry tiebout physciatrist that taught ego deflation a depth helped people listen better if mentally crippled by trauma. now i know cheaters of spiritual newbies eliminate themselves from the love of redemption as i was also misled and am recovering from that loss also.
