by Alyssa Matlock

He was a gorgeous tabby cat named Jacob. He only lived to be 4 years old. He was my baby boy , I'm only 13 but I know what it feels like to love something as your child. When I got home from school today , my mom told me the news , it was heartbreaking. As I sit here in tears I know he is beside me , but I wish to see him ! I loved him as if her were my son , because he was my son ! I will never let him go , I had so many memories with him ! Nothing will be the same ! :( RIP Jake !

My thoughts and prayers for Alyssa
by: Anonymous

Alyssa I know that you must be hurting a lot right now over the loss of your best friend Jacob. I too recently lost a sweet cat and know how much it can hurt. I hope that you can feel your little cat's presence and that it brings you comfort. Some how Alyssa God takes the pain away little by little and we are left with sweet memories of the little pets we have lost. I love cats so much as well as dogs, hamsters and every creature that needs love and compassion. I have loved so much and have hurt so much because of the pets I have had through the years. They have become my best friends and have giving me great comfort and joy. At age 13 Alyssa, you have a lot of years to love and be loved. I am glad to know that such a young lady can love so deeply. May God comfort you and someday bring you another cat to love. For now just learn to live without Jacob and I know that you will keep his memory in your heart forever. Please keep everyone posted on how you are doing Alyssa. May God bless you always.
