Jennie - for you

Jennie - I am so grateful for this site - having met a lot of widows over the last 12 months, I know that I am coping pretty well - I see others who do not use this resource, and they are suffering, because no matter how close you are with someone (family or friend) there comes a time when they do not want to talk constantly about your loss. This site fills that gap, and reading others stories lets you know you are not alone, that some people are suffering a lot more than you. I love the understanding I get from the lovely people on this site, I feel that they are friends that I could meet for coffee.
So, Jennie, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year - take care if you are travelling.

From Jennie:
Jules, thanks so very much for the kind words. As you may have noticed, I pretty much stay out of the "forums". It does just fine without me.
Yourspace has evolved into something I never expected... it is like online group therapy for the bereaved. It DOES fill a needed gap, for even close family find it hard to listen to your heartfelt thoughts and pain after a while. Here you can ventilate to your hearts content and know these folks are NOT rolling their eyes and telling you to move on.
And they are REAL FOLKS. Although you communicate in cyberspace, I can hear and feel the caring, concern and love you all have for each other.
I am working on a surprise, should have it ready for the end of the year or in January. It will be a great resource and place of comfort on your dark days. It is called The Grief Club, I will tell you all about it soon. I know you will like it and feel it will be a great addition to the site.
My best to all, happy holidays and merry Christmas. I know you all will make it through and wish you brighter days in the new year.
