Joe You're Missing So Much

My first Christmas without my husband is just a blur. Pictures of the family posing without him there. I don't want to those pictures. He missed the Super Bowl yesterday but that's OK. He hated the Packers. Valentine's day will be next week. In 35 years of marriage he never missed a Valentine's day. OK....he forgot my birthday once and our anniversary once but never Valentine's day. Look at my adorable grandson (who is III named for my husband). Yes~this is a boy. My son skateboarded professionally with Tony Hawk and he's turning both of his sons into grungy skateboarders.

This grandson is 3 1/2 and his brother just turned 2. My husband won't be here to see them grow up. Joey III got his first puppy. Although it looks like he has Cooper in a choke hold~ he's fine. Joe won't be here to see any more of their firsts. It breaks my heart. I know I'm not alone. We are all grieving on this site.
I thank God that I can come here and write and share my feelings with all the wonderful people here. Thank you all for caring.
