My angel lady

My angel lady

My little angel died last year in August. I had her since I was five. She was supposed to be a present for my dad but she took more to me and when my poppa died a few months after we got her, she never left my side. She was with me through everything growing up. She was and always will be my baby. I'd carry her around like a baby till she got to big for me to.

When my niece passed away, Lady was there for me to hold close and cry, she was the best dog. She always wanted to be with me wherever I went she went too, for the most part anyways. She was 13 yrs old when she died.

I was 17 at the time, I'm 18 now and I still think about her everyday. I go out to where her old dog house was and lay a flower down for her. When she died I covered her in her favorite blanket of mine and but her toy she had since she was a puppy in it.

My mom bought me a little yellow duck vase with wild flowers in it to keep in memory of Lady since her favorite toy was a stuffed toy duck. So I have on my dresser that vase of flowers with her picture above it. I miss you like crazy everyday, babygirl.

Very Sorry to hear about your lost Lady Bug. Sometimes it seems like the world is a very cruel place. I'm sure you look back at all the great times you had with her, and smile about them. I hope that since her passing, maybe you have found another 4 legged being to share your love with. We on this site all share your grief, after all, that's why we are here, we too, lost a dear pet
I lost Mr. Lucky, alias 'Yogi the Bear' on Oct. 12th, 2009. I come to this site quite often, as there is alot here that seems to help ease the grief, a little. Good luck to you and "Here's To Lady Bug " ***
