LOSS OF MY HUSBAND

by ANN HENRY
(FINDLAY,OH)

MY HUSBAND DANIEL PASSED AWAY ON JANUARY 7, 2010. I MISS HIM SO MUCH. WITHOUT THE GOOD LORD IN MY LIFE I DONT KNOW HOW I WOULD HAVE MADE IT. ITS BEEN A VERY HARD YEAR FOR ME HE DIED OF BLOOD CLOTS IN BOTH HIS LUNGS @ 35 YEARS OLD BUT ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE ILL SEE HIM ONCE AGAIN SOME GLORIOUS DAY. HE WAS A CHRISTIAN MAN WHO I LOVED VERY MUCH WE WERE MARRIED 7 BLESSED YEARS. I DREAM ABOUT HIM ALOT AND HAVE SEXUAL DREAMS WITH HIM I KNOW HES WITH ME IN SPIRIT I THINK ABOUT HIM EVERY DAY I WISH WE WOULD HAVE MET SOONER. GODS BLESSINGS. SOMETIMES I CATCH MYSELF TALKING AND ASKING LIKE HIM. ANN

Dreams...
by:

Ann,

I envy the fact that you can have dreams about your love. I have rarely drempt of My Love and then I was his nurse in a hospital, not a very pleasant dream. I too found myself taking on some of his mannerisms. Things that he did that used to in fact drive me crazy for some reason I now do. Not consciously, Just found myself doing them. I am glad that you found this site it is a liferaft in the long journey of grief. Keep coming back and find some relief from grief.

Good Men Are Hard to Find
by: TrishJ

First of all....God bless you Ann. I have been trying and hoping to have dreams of my husband (who died on December 3, 2010) but so far nothing. My sister has dreams of him where he tells her to remind me how much he loves me....but me....nothing. I want to feel that connection to him.

I went to a grief meeting last night and one of the things we discussed is that we really aren't "married" anymore. I will be "married" to Joe until God shows me he has other plans for me. Married, if only in my dreams.

Thank you for your post. I hope this day brings you some happiness. Blessings to you.
PJ
