My husband was only 57 when he got cellulitis in his leg was hospiitalized for 5 days.I was told he was doing great and soon would be discharged At 6 am I get a call my husband is on life support and I should get to the hospital right away .He died 1 hour later. We were married 32 years and were sweethearts from childhood I feel so alone
My husband once had celluitus in his thumb. That was several years ago. People wondered why he had his thumb higher then his heart when his thumb was in such pain. He was 57 years old when he died on January 28, 2012. He had a heart attack and stroke and wasn't ready for this episode of fate. He died within a week; before this he was "the picture of health" and climbing steps without heavy breathing. Someone told me the other day he would never be replaced. He was the love of my life and what could I say? Take care of yourself.

My husband, 56, deveoped celluitus which led to septus, kidney failure. He was released from the hospital and died at home a few days later. He was the love of my life, married 23 years. He was not physically able to be release sd from the hospital but I think he knew he was dying and wanted to be home. I was with him and I am grateful for that.
