Dear Jo, I would just like to wrap some words of love around you and give you the biggest hug.
Your pain and grief at this time is overwhelming, and you still maybe in shock from the suddenness and death of so many family members.
My dad died two months ago, unexpected and I
too went through a lot of pain, why am I here, shaking unexpectedly, not wanting to leave the house etc
Give yourself some time and space to grieve, and find someone to talk to about all your tragic losses. Come back here and express your feelings with others who know and have experienced some of the pain you are going through.
You must have a strong heart to have come through each loss, look after Yourself and allow yourself to grieve and be gentle with yourself and take life moment to moment.
