Louis "Louie" Voigt, 22 years old
Louie's Graduation Picture
On August 28th, 2008 God took Louie to heaven to be by his side.
He left behind his mother Peggy Brecke, whose purpose in life was Louie. Being a single mother, she worked 10 to 14 hours a day, just so she could give Louie all he would need.
When he was about 10, Peggy married Mark, who had 2 other children, Chris & Steph, who were just as close as blood. Mark treated and loved Louie like his own. Louie's grandparents were his life, Don & Darlene Keeser. He had 5 special aunts, Polly Pintor, Pamela Ortiz, Patti Wendt & Paula Frahm. Louie was the first born grandchild & first nephew.
Our family is so close, that if we all lived under one roof, that would be fine with all of us. By the way, our close family consists of about 30 people, plus or minus, special moments with them that they will never forget. Our family is devastated by this, and are all looking for answers, and can't find any in sight.
You see, Louie was taken from us by a farm accident where someone wasn't paying attention to farm machinery like they should. The person driving the SUV tried to pass him while he was on the tractor, and didn't honk to let him know that he was going to pass and as Louie was going to turn into the farm driveway, the SUV hit the tractor, knocking him off and killing him instantly.
Louie loved to farm with his mother, hunting, fishing and raising horses. He was on his way to being a cattle dealer, working for Seuberts hauling cattle and doing auctions. He loved animals and that's what he was doing in life. Louie lived his life to the fullest, and did it with full force. He was always happy and would do anything for his family.
We all don't know how we are going to get through the rest of our lives without hearing his voice, seeing his radiant smile or just giving him a loving hug like he gave us all the time. The universe will never have another person like that ever again, and I am glad to have had him in my life for 22 years. Our family chain is broken along with our hearts, but once we get to heaven to be with him again, the chain will be linked back together again just like our family.
Louie, you are loved and missed greatly, and our lives will never be the same until we meet again. Muah!!
