30 years ago a star fell from the sky,
Everyone here was blessed by your light
Even if only for a while.

We all have our memories of you
So many its hard to say,
But mine would have to be of waking with you every single day.
Yours was always the first face that i would see,
As for so many years you shared bunk beds with me.

We didnt need a single word to say how we felt,
The silence of just us in a room, could make my heart melt.
I hear and see you in everything i do,
And i carry you in my heart.
And even though we will have to wait a lifetime,
Death cannot keep us apart.

You have gone to greater things,
To be by our Dads side
As your love for him, as mine for you.
Can never be denied.

I will follow you one day
So this is not goodbye
And like the swallow upon your arm
One day we will fly

So my brother, my best friend
Good night, God bless
Until we meet again.

Daniel You have such a stunning looking brother, and I am so sorry for your loss of a sibling who was too young to have his life cut short.
I hope that you have the support from your family to help recover from your grief.
