Over The Weekend My Dad Had A Heart Attack I Was In The Room Trying To Sleep I Heard Strange Sounds I Went To See If He Was Ok I Stayed Way Him For Hour Nothing So I Called Abulance They Told Me Do Cpr Till They Arrived Then They Came In Hooked Him To Heart Mon Then Was No Pulse Soon As They Said He Was Dead That Was It For Me I Lost My Dad It Been 7 Mouth I Still Greif It Hurts So Bad All You Have Is The Dreams And memories He Was The Best Dad I could ask For And He Was My Best Freind Only If He Knew Im 24 He was 47 I Never Forget Him Will Always Be In My Heart :"(

 I Lost My Day A Year Ago and I Still Miss Him! :(

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone. I know how you feel. My dad died from a heart attack as well. He was perfectly fine when I spoke to him 3 hours before he passed away in my arms. Its been a year and 3 months, and the pain is just breaks me down. I remember all our memories and I just can't be strong. Its so hard to hide these fake smiles. Tomorrow, I will be spending my second birthday without him... And I feel lost because he was the only person in my family who stood up for me when I needed support. It will take time, but I advise you to speak to someone whom you can trust. You will feel better when you don't bottle up your feelings that will slowly kill you.

hi gaz my dad died 10 months ago at 61 he went in for a straight forward operation and never came back he died. i still miss him and still find it very hard without him....
it means a lot to know that im not the only one going through all this pain by my self.

Gaz I am so sorry for your loss of your Dad. HE WAS A GOOD ROLE MODEL FOR YOU. I do wonder if we all have a certain life span and what is meant to happen will happen nevertheless. My father is alive at 91yrs. and is being cared for. HE DOES not have a good quality of life and he does not want to carry on living with no purpose. I LOST MY HUSBAND Steve 4 months ago from cancer. I DON'T know when life will have any meaning again for all of us on this site, fighting each day for a better day. Gaz it will be a long slow process. Grief cannot be hurried. WE will never outgrow our Dad's. I HOPE that you have good friends and family to support you at this very difficult time as it does make a difference.
