Mouhib Abdulnour was and is my daddys name- I miss you dad

by Rania
(Pittsburgh)

My father passed away on September 15th. He was ill but his sudden death shook my whole entire world. My dad leaves behind 5 girls and a beautiful wife. Today is my first day back at work and I feel as if I am slowly dying. I have never felt such despire and sadness. I constantly feel as if I am being punched in the gut!! I am not coping well and waiting to wake up from this nightmare. I am strong and know this will get easier, I just wish I knew when. I miss you my daddy.

Rania I am sorry for your loss of your dad. You may benefit from seeing a grief counsellor to help you over the worst part of your grief when it all gets too much to bear. Grief does feel as if we are dying inside and finding it difficult to go on in life without the one we have lost. don't rush grief. We all have to tread the boards of Anguish for some time. It feels as if you are slowly bleeding to death. I don't why grief has to hurt so much, as if we are in small pieces. We feel so fragmented wondering who is going to put us back together so we can cope. It is only in time that we will heal from this sorrow.
