My Bff

by Max

I am thirteen and my "best friend" is 14. When I was six years old I met him and we were playing and we had lots of fun. When I was nine I moved two hours away but we were still friends and I visited him by train like on weekends and holidays. This summer 2012 we were fighting at the end of June but I visited him in the late of July and then he came with me to my new home for the first time, it was super fun. But now he barely talks to me on skype and he deleted me as a friend. He typed that he didnt delete me on skype because of the thing I did to him in a game. Now Im broken.

Max the best thing to do is email your best friend and ask him what it was you were supposed to have done to him in a game that has made him so upset with you? Once he has replied and explained to you what the problem is and how it has affected your life, I am sure you would APOLOGISE. If you did this and he didn't accept any apology from you then you would have to accept this and move on and find another friend. There is a lot of power in I AM SORRY I HURT YOU! If you go through life taking responsibility for your actions and behaviour and how this affects others you will develop maturity and life will get easier. Some people write us off out of their lives and we never know why? sometimes it may not be your fault. You are still so very young and still growing and developing in maturity. You have taken the first easy step by writing here about this problem and how it is affecting your life. This is a nice start to becoming a mature person. I have had to apologise to people. APOLOGISING is good it brings healing to wounded people. It is like an ointment on someone's wound. I hope that life starts getting better for you and that you that you are blessed in life with many friends. Every happiness.
