My Daddy

Kimberley I am sorry for your loss of your Daddy. You sound as if you are quite young in age. It is never easy to lose a father from our life no matter how old we are. A father gives so much to his children and when we lose them our hearts are broken forever.
If you are struggling with your grief try and see a grief counsellor who is trained to assist in grief and may help you to get past the pain of loss.
What you are feeling is normal MISSING YOUR DADDY on a Daily basis. this is the hardest part of grief. I miss seeing my loved one's daily and it does alter life as it used to be. Family gathering's stop and when they do happen they are never the same. It feels as if we LOST THE SUNSHINE from LIFE. All we see is the RAIN for a long time. But the Sun will shine again. Only in a different way. Don't put your life on hold. Live each day with FREEDOM and HOPE. Put new things in your life that will make it better. I started with doing little things each day to make that day better. I have built this up so that I have nice things to look at in the garden to cheer me up. Do whatever makes you feel better. No one is going to come along and change our world from our loss. Only we can do this. Start doing something from today with your life to make it better and you will soon see your world change for the better. Best wishes.
