My father my bestfriend

by John Paul Sentero

My father died last January 23, im really having a hard time to cope up with his death, he was my bestfriend, i told him stories that i used to tell my other friends that actually made me feel glad, although he was not the perfect father, he was a very good father to me in terms of advising and lecturing me about life, i will truly miss him, and im still having a hard time to cope with his death, i really wish that i can hear his voice or just call out my name. I want to live on with my life but how can i live on knowing that my life depends on my father's teaching, i'm really having a hard time to cope up with his death, i love you Daddy i will truly miss you

John Paul try and get some grief counselling to help you move forward, since you are still struggling with the loss of your father.
Our parents try their best in life through their own struggles and often we can learn from what our parents taught us.
Your father has put inside you what you need to know to help you cope with life. You can build on this and learn what you need to know from some good books and from other people. Surround yourself with people who can contribute to your education on life. Often when we have no one we have to find ways to build ourselves up. Your father doesn't DEFINE who you are. YOU DO!. By what you learn and put into your life when your nurturing has come to an end. Knowledge is a good tool of learning to help build up confidence. You will soon start to feel better about yourself and life and won't see life as something you have to tolerate. You can make your life as exciting and an adventure. You have the FREEDOM to do anything you want. Don't waste your life. Put value in it and invent your own history as an extension of your father's and what he taught you. It can be a fun experience. WE owe it to ourselves to make our journey in life the best we can. I wish you the best in life and I am sorry for your loss of your father.
