My Heart Feels Heavy

by Hope
(Tappahannock VA.)

My Heart feels heavy
The grief that lies on my chest
makes an ache that nothing can sooth.

My Heart races as do my thoughts.
Love gone stolen from me.
Making it hard to breath or think.

Do you look down my Love
protecting me as you always have?

Let me see the beauty that each day brings
not only sorrow.

Let me feel the Love that we had, warming my thoughts so that I can breathe and face another day.

Yes...... he does.
by: Anonymous

Your loved one does look down upon you, he is there guiding you and surrounding you even though you do not sense him.

I understand your loss, your grief and your unending pain. Nothing can give solace to your grief, nothing. You can only cherish the love, memories and be blessed by lessons learned.

Complete closure will never occur, accept that and find a "forever place" in your heart and soul for him. Smile frequently because of him. Be honored you were close to him.

God Bless you.
