My pet was a Black Lab-Mix. She found me. She wondered off the streets and into my home almost a year ago... she was not even 3mo. old... i have never loved an animal more than her.. she was my first real dog.. i mean i had family pets.. but this girl, she was mine.. i live with my mom... but i walked her everyday, bought her food, played with, slept with her, loved her.. and i knew that dog adored me.. we adored each other.. so much.. i named her amorette, which means little love in latin... she was the most fun, the cutest and best friend i could ask for... she was perfect..

it happened yesterday.. i noticed the last few days she has not been quite herself.. she was more sluggish and she was starting to drool a little bit.. i took her to the e-vet.. they said it was parvo...

she died the next morning.. after another vet visit and iv drips and shots and everything...

i felt it was my fault.. it is my fault. my best friend, my love my baby is dead because of me.. if i would have got her shots sooner this wonderful animal, my bestie would still be with me..

i loved her so much, i still do, i can't stop crying for the good the bad the everything.

this dog will forever affect me.
