My little man

by Brandee

Coba in his natural pose

Coba in his natural pose

Coba, barely five years old...but what a great five years. Adopted with your sister Carmen from the Idaho Humane Society at nine weeks old. I could hold both of you in one hand when we brought you home. Carmen is the pretty one, but you were the entertainer! Your silly poses, laying on your back, feet up in the air. Or stretching out on the hard wood floors, all three feet you, showing off how long you could be. Your tail that bent at a 90 degree angle to your left. The blue/green eyes that mesmerized me. The markings of your tabby fur, I couldn't help but stare at them as they were so unique. And that meow...sounded more like a question than a statement. I miss your peg leg sound as you walked across the floor. It is quiet here without you. We all miss you so much. I wish you hadn't crossed the street on the morning of 12/9/2010.

RIP - Coba, Bubba, Cobabutt, Butthead, Muffin man, My little man...you were all those, and much more.
Love, Mom, Dad, Carmen. If you see them, say hi to Spanky and Amy.
