MY MUM WAS MY WORLD

MY mum died 5 1/2 months ago now, i still don't think i can believe it. Mum and i were best friends, my brother died 10 years ago and my dad can be a very difficult person at times, so mum and i stuck together with everything. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer which had spread to her liver. My grandfather had the exact same cancer (her dad) and died 6 weeks after he was diagnosed. Mum had this in the back of her mind and died 5 1/2 weeks after being diagnosed.

It was such a whirlwind, after diagnosis she was taken to surgery and became very sick and in pain for the next 5 weeks. My mum was so brave, and never complained once. I literally did not let go of her hand once in the last two days as she was dying.

My whole life mum and i have dreamt about me one day getting married and giving her grandkids but without her here i honestly don't know how i am supposed to do it all without her.

Mum you are absolutely everything to me and i miss you so so much!
