I wanted to let you know you aren't alone! My husband passed suddenly 13 1/2 months ago. But there are days it feels like yesterday. I was blessed with 30 years with him. So grateful for that. Just keep the faith, each day that goes by is a day closer to your wife. She is with you. If you have had any dreams of her, pay close attention and write it down so you don't forget. Even if it's just her smiling, she is letting you know she is alright. I had a few the first few months. And another not long ago. We just need to be strong. I know all of this is easier said then done. I'm still trying. You will hear people telling you to move on. You will do what you need to do at your own pace. Grief is like a roller coaster ride you can't get off of. I believe this is what Hell is. But it will get better, time is what we need. I hope this helps. You take care of yourself, she is with you.
