October 22,1979-June2, 2011

by Sara Vargas
(San Antonio. Tx. USA)

I thought I could write about this but it's still too raw. I'm told that with time I will heal it will get better. I just don't see how. I've lost a big piece of my heart. How can you live when you feel nearly dead. HELP!!!!

Your loss of words...
by:

Sara,

In the beginning our mind is in a fog. The first month is such disbelief that any of this is really...real. Hard to believe but as time passes the pain increases and so does our awareness of just what we have lost. It is in this anger and unfairness that the words come out like a torrent spewing thoughts as fast as our fingers will type just to get it out. Just to find some relief in unleashed the bottled up rage inside us.

Grief is like a roller coaster ride one that we want to get off of so very much. So we ride out the days doing what we can. At times we are almost a maniac trying to work work work and get some of the unfairness out of our system.

Do not worry if words escape you, they will come and you will find your voice the voice that speaks of the pain that your heart feels and when you are ready...we are here to listen, always.
HH
