He was Top Cop years ago, voted best cop in the USA. He was MY Top Cop always. My best friend, my love , my life. He was at one time offered his stripes as part of the affirmative action movement. He declined. He wanted to earn his stripes. Now his stripes are in a frame in my living room. There has never been and will never be a greater man. He left this world June 23, 2010. The world is a weaker place with the loss of such a great man. Officer Tuttle, the world will always remember you as TOP COP, TOP MAN. You were a genuine man of HONOR!

I miss you baby. I will always love you, my TOP COP. My TOP MAN, my TOP LOVE. The world is better for having had you in it!
