Our Grand babies tragedy

by Nana

July 25 th we were so lucky to have welcomed a healthy baby girl.. My son and wife so proud..she was only home with us 3 days when tragedy hit.. The nursing mom fell asleep on the baby.. When discovered I did CPR and baby was transferred to hospital.... She made it 2 weeks . We had to remove life support on baby a few days ago..we were all with baby till she passed. It took an hour and half for her to pass. I describe this as walking through *ell in slow motion with your heart on fire... Her funeral was yesterday aug 19, 2014... My heart and prayers go out to all of you..I read the grieving stages... It makes sense ,,,,but really painful

you have so much to look forward to you need to carry on to find your way back to life to start again because when it works it's so worth it. You must focus on loving the future and honoring the little girl that stayed for just awhile. She will help you i'm sure. your heart will tell you this is the truth find the courage one day at a time.

I am sorry
by: jankar

This is really a sad tragedy, I am so sorry for your family's loss. It definately is going to be much harder on your wife as she will constantly blame herself. Somethings are just unforseen and if there was something to be done I am sure she would have. Continue to bring her comfort, even though you are grieving too, staying strong togehter will help both of you shoulder the pain. The beautiful hope is you can see your baby again,-John 5:28,29 if you believe God's promise of a resurrection, in fact whether you believe it or not it will happen. Just keeping that hope alive in your hearts can help the process. My best regards to you.

I am so sorry
by: Marie

I have always thought this could happen so easily as a new mother is tired and often takes the baby to bed to nurse. I feel so sorry for this terrible
accident, my heart goes out to the mother who will
suffer terribly from this mistake the rest of her life. Poor girl after carry her baby to term and now this. I truly cry for her and your son, I hope they recover and can move on and not put the blame on her. She has paid the price. I truly cry for all of you. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
