Our unforgettable kitkat

by Kristen oconnor
(Dewitt is usa)

Our first family pet spent a little over a year with us.... We discovered you under our shed in the backyard last spring along with 4 other kittens. It was fun watching you play with your family, but one day you and your family vanished. 2 weeks later you returned by yourself and hung around in our backyard. We fed you and tamed you until you started to trust us. Eventually, you let us pet you and give you your special name "kitkat," which matched your calico fur and spirited personality. We welcomed you into our home and hearts, and loved spending time with you. 3 loving kids would do anything to bring you back to us, but it's not to be. We are grateful for the memories you gave us and wouldn't trade them for the world. We love you kilt kat and will forever be in our hearts đź’—

you unforgettable kit kat

I to took in a cat from our yard. She had been abandoned. I live in Nevada and our summers can be deadly to stray animals. This was July one of our hottest months. She was waiting for me when I came home from work one day, half dead. I opened my door and she slowly walked inside my home, which was now her home too. I fell in love with her she was now my Kitty, she stole my heart. I did enjoy her company for six years, she made me laugh. It didn't take long for her to make me her human. It became her palace and I was her guest. I loved her so much, she filled a spot in my heart that ached from losing my son not long before that. She has been gone for five years and I still miss her. Our pets may only be with us a short time but the love they show for us will last a life time. You will remember Kitkat forever and the joy she brought your family. I believe that because our animals bring us such joy and pleasure, we will all meet up again. God Bless you and your family.

Kitkat - Sweeter than chocolate!

I am so sorry about your loss..I too was adopted by my special Precious (her name is PRECIOUS) and every single day she does something that causes me headaches and joy from knocking cans out of the cupboards (even though the cupboards have been taped closed) to tipping over her liter box. No cat, dog or animal loves us so unconditional and there is no way to compare it to any other we have ever experienced. My hope for you is that you cherish the memories you have shared and smile every time you look at a picture or remember something silly that your little one did and if someone asks you what you are smiling about "just say I was just having a happy moment with a special friend." We never forget those who love us - because love never fails us." Nancy
