My Grandmother is 59 years old. She raised me since I was only two. She went to the doctor and they first told her she had old timers come to find out the next time she went to the doctor because it got worse they told her it wasn't old timers is was a tumor in her head she has cancer in her spin , leg. The cancer is stage four. My grandmother can no longer walk or wash herself. Now she is in the hospice house there's nothing the Doctors can do anymore she will not eat she can't talk all she can do now is just look at you and sleep she also has fluid in her lungs so the doctors told us she has two weeks to live before she passes anybody out there please pray that my grandmother will come out of this because like I said before she wasn't only my grandmother she was my mother I love her so very much I don't know what to do I regret it so much because I lived with her and use to talk back and all me and my grandma did was argue I told her I'm sorry but that's not good enough I want to show her im sorry but I cant because she no longer knows who I am I guess I was too late I will live with that for the rest of my life please just pray for our family Thanks.

The Grandmother I Love Not only A Grandmother But that special one I love and call Mother.

Kayla I am sorry that you will soon lose your grandmother to cancer. I lost my husband of 44yrs. to cancer 19 months ago. It is such a dreadful disease that affects the whole family. I nursed my husband for 3yrs.39days before he died a slow painful death. It is one of the worst experiences of our life to watch the one you love slowly slip away and there is nothing you can do to help them. My heart aches often at losing him.
As a mom to 3 Adult children I can tell you that our grandmother would have forgiven you for talking back to her. This is a type of behaviour that children do and mom's are big enough and mature enough to forgive their children whilst offering up a prayer to God for their children. Mom's don't expect children to be mature. They have stages of growth and probably went through the same things as you face now. You don't have to live with guilt or regret. Just embrace life and people and try to make a difference in life. God be with you and your family and comfort you and give you His Peace
