I am sorry for your loss of your mom. It is too early for you to feel recovery from grief. WE all have different levels of struggle with grief but keep in mind it does get better. Just take one day at a time. This does help. If you look too far ahead, all you will see is this long road without your mom, and you will wonder how you will cope. I can only take one day at a time after grieving for 20 months. Grief comes in stages and we don't grieve every day. WE can't force grief or make it happen. It will come when you least expect these feeling and emotions to come. Don't push them aside. Cry when you need to as this is how we heal from our grief.
