Time

Last Pic of my best friend (allison) & I

They say time is what we need to heal our pain
I don't know if that saying came from someone who was sane

It has been 5 years since the loss of my best friend
It has not gotten easier, I have not rounded that bend

I have encountered many other losses since then
They just pile on top of each other, it never ends

I thought I had moved on
But I guess after all, I was wrong

It has not gotten easier since I have lost loved ones
I just have to remember I have an angel with me ever day under the sun

Time goes so slow, yet it goes so fast
I remember everything when I look back in the past

I just try to live day by day
I never know how much time my friends and family have left to stay

this is just a lil' poem that kind of says how I am feeling and how I am trying to live my life.

In Memory of:

Anna Marie Wiliamson 4/20/90-4/23/04(Suicide)
Allison Noel Lardin 1/18/90-9/11/04(Brain Cancer)
Katie Lynnae Ernstes 3/30/90-10/10/06(Car Accident)
Chase Wilson Hubler 5/11/89-10/14/06(Car Accident)
Theresa Ann Priddy, grandmother (Cancer)
Raymond Francis Brown, Great-Uncle (Heart Attack)

The list goes on and on
