When

by Walter T. Brzezinski
(Hellertown Pa.)

When I view your stone to pray,

When I drop a tear, most once a day,

When I sleep, to toss and turn,

When I hear your name, LAVERNE,

When do I lose, my love for you,

When so much , is stored from you,

When I feel, the time is right,

When I hold , my pen to write,

When it's you I hunger and seek,

When to you, I want to speak.
